Mr Macaroni Carpets Tweep Who Requested His Business with Lekki Toll Gate

Mr Macaroni was sure to repay a Twitter user who questioned his role in the decision to reopen the Lekki Toll Gate with just as much as he received.

The skit maker and #EndSARS activist took to Twitter to announce the Lekki Estate Residents and Stakeholders Association's unanimous decision at the LCC Stakeholders Meeting.

Mr. Macaroni said that citizens had rejected the government's proposal to resume tolling on Friday, April 1.

A woman responded to the tweet on Twitter, wondering what business the skit maker had with LCC and why he would lead a "crusade of revolt" when he doesn't even reside there.

Mr Macaroni had responded to her with a list of reasons why he should be involved in the decision made at the stakeholders meeting, including the fact that he is a Lekki landlord, owns an office in Lekki, employs 15 permanent staff, and has over 100 cast and crew members on and off who come to work for him at Lekki every month.

He went on to say that he was merely sharing the citizens' and chairman's decision, and that he was perplexed as to why the woman was 'weeping' under his tweet.
