Annie Macauley Idibia is patting herself for a job well done, coming as far as she has over the years.
The actress and mother of two took to her Instagram page to reflect on the hardship she endured while growing up and thanked herself for not giving up.
Annie detailed how she was raised by her single mum in their Mobil Boys Quarters apartment in Victoria Island and had to sneak out of school during break to buy pepper soup ingredients from the market.
She added that she would cook and sell the pepper soup until 7pm when her mother would return and still managed a bright smile and to do well in her studies especially mathematics and physics which were her favourite subjects.
Annie Idibia thanked herself for being a hardworker and revealed that she has only just scratched the surface of the things she wants to do and will do them as she goes on in life.
