“Bodak Yellow,” the music music video that shot Cardi B to the spotlight has now reached 1 billion views on YouTube, and she has every reason to celebrate.
Posting on her Twitter, the rapper revealed that the video cost her about $15,000 to make, is her third clip to hit the milestone, following Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You” and “I Like It” with Bad Bunny and J Balvin, all of which reached No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart.
“Fifteen thousand dollars. A billion views later !!!!! Wow that’s crazy,” she tweeted, adding, “Super dope .Thank you all for all the support through out the years….. Back to the lab. Love & appreciate y’all.”
