Lala Anthony is the newest addition to the cast of Hulu’s hit series, Wu-Tang: An American Saga.
The Chi actress will have a recurring role in the second season of the show which is currently in production and will b gin airing six months after the first season wraps.
Deadline reports that Lala will take on the role of Tracey Waples, who is described as “a young, vibrant Executive at Def Jam. She’s on the pulse of good music and boldly speaks her mind.
After seeing Wu-Tang live she’s completely invested, but her plan for the group might not align with their own.”
The mother of one shared the news via her Instagram.
“Beyond blessed to be able to do what I love everyday. Thank you @rza for trusting me with this opportunity. The story of the WU TANG CLAN is history and I’m happy to tell it! @wutanghulu season 2 coming soon,” she wrote.
