A man was caught on camera drinking and driving before crashing his car, killing 3 fellow travelers, including his girlfriend. The shocking images were streamed live on Facebook to the profile of Camilo Morejon, 47, as he drove through Jersey Village in northwest Houston, Texas, early Sunday morning, October 25. Before the accident, Morejón was seen drinking from a bottle of what appears to be beer while boasting, "I drive better when I drink." His girlfriend can also be seen drinking in the Facebook Live video.

Investigators say they are also looking at a number of bars that may have sold alcohol to Morejon to see if they might have possibly played a role in the crash.

The Harris County District Attorney has charged Morejon with three counts of intoxication homicide and one count of intoxication assault. Harris County Prosecutor Sean Teare said the Facebook live video showed him driving and drinking beer. "It's very rare that we see defendant actions so close in time to a horrible accident like that, but it's what happens, it's what happens moments before lives are lost," Teare said. "We have had four crashes in 24 hours that will contribute to possibly seven deaths, all of which will be charged," Teare said. Investigators say they are also looking at several bars that may have sold alcohol to Morejón to see if they possibly played a role in the accident. "We think there are probably three or four bars around the area that we think they were in and today we are in the process of going to those places to determine what were the factors that contributed to this accident," Teare said. The dead passengers have been identified as his girlfriend Leosveyka González, Pedro Martínez and Massel Rodríguez. Morejón is also currently in serious condition at the hospital along with the driver of the truck, Ricardo Rodríguez-Tamayo. If convicted of the charges he faces, he could be jailed for up to 80 years according to Click2Houston.
