The Kenyan Prize-winning pop band, Sauti Sol, takes us behind the scenes, and lets us get into their lives outside the spotlight with their new reality TV series called "Sol Family".
The 13-part series highlights the band's musical journey and offers an insight into the personal lives of band members Bien-Aime Baraza, Willis Austin Chimano, Polycarp Otieno and Savara Mudigi. Sol Family will also show viewers the musical production process of the band with contributions from the band's direction.
Nviiri and Bensoul, 2 musicians signed with the band's solo generation record label, are also the stars of the show.
Sauti Sol is one of the most successful acts on the continent. Having successfully travelled through Africa, the US, Europe and Australia, the topping band has received appreciation and respect from both its fans and industry, receiving international awards such as bet awards, an MTV EMA for best African law and an MTV Africa Award for best African group.
