For Neo, Dorathy misunderstands Ozo and doesn't act like the best friend for the day. He asked if she cared about Ozo, which she said "NO" and neither of them cared about the other as lovers but simply as friends.
Neo tells Dorathy she thinks like a frog
According to Neo, Ozo has placed Dorathy at a high point in his life because he values her as a friend, but she makes it difficult for him when she doesn't see him in the same light.
And when her inability to understand his point persisted, Neo, frustrated, had no choice but to tell him "you think like a frog".
Hearing this, Dorathy's face immediately changed and Neo quickly apologized.
