There is a reshovel of leadership at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, as Professor Kabir Bala has been appointed as the new vice-chancellor of the university.
Daily Trust reports that the university's governing council announced Bala who is a professor of Building as the new vice-chancellor of the university on Wednesday, January 22.
Bala emerged the new VC of the university located in the northern part of the country out of more than 15 professors who passed through intense scrutiny.
