An Indian-born Indian man who wants to fall in love and marry is desperate for the operation, as he thinks his big head is putting women on.
Anshu Kumar is nicknamed 'alien' because of his condition, which doctors have not been able to diagnose.
Because of his mysterious situation, Anshu has deep eyes and narrow eyes on his extended head and the 22-year-old from Punjab, India, is unable to grow more than a thin hairline on the head .
Winning just £ 50 a month, Anshu has not been able to afford the money to visit a specialist doctor who can finally diagnose his condition.
He hopes the government will intervene and help fund its treatment, so that he can live a normal life.
