Taxify has launched its services at the same time at Ibadan and Owerri as it begins on an expansion course in the main Nigerian cities. This comes at the end of a $ 175 million investment round this year and the company's intention to use this investment to expand its services around the world - particularly across Africa The Taxify application connects travelers and drivers with a touch of a button, real-time via their smart phone. With this move, Ibadan and Owerri have joined the growing list of Taxify cities - becoming the third and fourth cities to be launched in Nigeria, after Lagos and Abuja. To celebrate its launch in both cities, the company says it will offer a 20% discount on all travels for October 2018, and travelers can enjoy a first free trip with HELLOIBADAN and HIOWERRI promotional codes when using payment card option in the Tax application.
