Darius McCrary is accused of dislocating his 2-year-old daughter Zoey‘s arm during an incident at his home, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
Brawner filed for divorce in 2017 after 3 years of marriage.
McCrary's former wife, Tammy Brawner, claims that McCrary caught Zoeyin from his arm and took him to a bathroom, shifting the baby's elbow.
The 47-year-old actress told a radio show that Brawner lied and "said and trained our 2-year-old daughter to lie and say that" Dada hurt her. ""
McCrary opposed the Brawner version of the story, saying he "grabbed an arm to raise it and immediately seized the other hand."
Brawner attached a copy of a medical report detailing the extent of Zoey's injury.
She was diagnosed with "Elbow Nursemaid's, a medical term for a partially dispersed elbow in young children.
Brawner also complained that McCrary did not adhere to the child custody agreement. Brawner claims that the star of former Family Matters is not following court orders over their daughter's custody.
“I cannot co-parent by myself. I have gone above and beyond to parent with Mr. McCrary but he appears to be too bitter and too much of a tyrant to parent with me,” she wrote in court documents.
