Oyo Kingdom was a hive of activities this past weekend when the Alaafin de Oyo gave the hand of its daughter Princess Rukayat Adeteju Adeyemi in marriage with Hakeem Folarin Adesina.
Not royal in all aspects, the royal wedding shook the old city, as the dignitaries approached the palace for the traditional participation ceremony, very colorful with a purple and white theme.
