Suicide Blast Hits Afghan Voter Registration Center, Killing Dozens

A suicide block has killed 57 people including at least five children and injured more than 100 on Sunday at a voter registration center in Kabul, according to Afghan officials.  The bomber was walking when he released his explosives at the building gate about 10 am local time, Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish said.  ISIS claims the responsibility of the bombing, in a statement distributed through Telegram. The ISIS says that our "martyr brother" is a group of Shiite people outside the voter registration center in the neighborhood of Dashte Barchi. Just imagine! Sad !!
