Tamar Braxton & Vince Herbert copped the 13,716 square ft. 7 bedroom home that rests behind the gates of the Estates at The Oaks enclave back in 2013. And if they make the sell at asking price, they stand to make about a $5M profit after purchasing it for $10M.
The extra cash will surely come in handy as Vince recently was in a legal battle with SONY, and he’s been demanded to remit 3.7 million in a settlement to cover an advance he was accused of owing.
Also, they’ve been embroiled in several filings that say they have missed mortgage payments. Variety
