Tinashe Granted A Restraining Order Against Fan Who Attempted To Obtain A Gun License Before Trying To Locate Her

   #Tinashe filed for a restraining order against Martin Murphy who insisted that he was wed to her. After attempting to get his gun license, he had drove from Boston all the way to LA and ended up near Tinashe’s parents home, which frightened her and her family as well as Martin’s family.
Martin’s father told a judge that his son had “suffered a psychotic break and is unable to distinguish reality from fantasy” and that Tinashe was in danger. The judge agreed and granted the singer a temporary restraining order against Martin.
She has officially been granted a restraining order which states that Martin must stay at least 100 years away from her and that he can not own nor possess a firearm.
