Nicki Minaj raised his eyebrows Thursday night when he sent a simple tweet that some speculated could be about Taylor Swift, who dropped his long-awaited new single "Look what you made me do" that very night. "
N - sit down, be humble," said the 34-year-old trustee, referring to Kendrick Lamar's "humble" song. Minaj did not name Swift in the tweet, and it's unclear if the post was a jab in the 27-year-old singer at all.
But that did not stop the Barbz - and the Swifties - from questioning whether the star fight had been revived. Many fans responded to the tweet with the Swift gifs, and some even mentioned the "Bad Blood" singer's handle, including a simple question mark.
Others have issued snake emoji, a digital icon that has whipped Swift since their headline bout with Kanye West came to the head last year thanks to Kim Kardashian West. "This is for @ taylorswift13," one person replied.

Speculation comes two years after Minaj and Swift were famous when the rapper talked about his lack of nomination for the video of the year at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, attributing scorn to racism in the music industry.
Swift, who among the artists who were nominated, responded to Minaj's tweet, accusing the star of facing "women against each other."
Minaj noticed that she did not mention the singer of "Style", and Swift changed his tone, quickly calling a truce in a follow-up post, writing, "If I win, please come with me !!" (Swift ended up taking home the prize.)
Swift later tweeted an apology to the rap star, writing that she "missed the point" of Minaj's tweets. The two seemed to put all the "Bad Blood" behind them, and Swift joined Minaj in the VMA stage in a performance stop show.
However, Minaj seemed to feed beef rumors in recent months when she jumped on the apparent Swift diss by Katy Perry "Swish Swish Swish" - Perry and Swift have been fighting for years.
