According to Bossip, he was let off the hook by Deutsche Bank which had planned to foreclose his family home on grounds that he was owing them about $90,000.
The singer was said to have failed to pay up on the mortgage , resulting in a warning by the bank which threatened to foreclose.
 Bossip reports that the bank has backed away from the foreclosure and a buyer has been found for the house. Meaning that Hougton’s family will walk away from the property and the bank will recover their money, the other excess resolved according to law.
