He was denied bail as he appeared in court yesterday with his accomplice Chukwuebuka Gabriel Ilonchowu.They both pleaded not guilty, but the judge decided to remand them in prison when after looking at their papers, it was discovered they have no money in any bank or any property in the country.
They will appear in court on June 23rd, 2017. His family member of Dammy Krane was in court nor his record label represented.
The 2 suspects now have a new defense attorney, a free one from the government -Fan Li. Both accused are back in jail till their next hearing. See copies of the Complaint/Arrest Affidavit of both of them below…
