On the 21st of January, 2016 after the Anambra State Ministry of Agriculture successfully assisted some rural farmers to export the first batch of their products.
The Federal Quarantine Agency paid several visits to the state to inspect and certify the various farms fit for the purpose. Anambra aims to produce vegetables of high quality without applying fertilizers or any other chemicals, to make Anambra a top vegetable exporting State.
