Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) and LAGOS
STATE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, ARTS AND CULTURE have joined forces to bring
to Nigerians "The PMAN Lagos Urban Music Festival". A family music
festival.50 artists, 3 different stages.
