 Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma Egba, SAN, recently led a delegation of  Cross Riverians to visit President Elect Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd). 
 
At 27-year old Commissioner in the old Cross River State, Sen Victor had his first handshake with Gen Buhari who was then the Head of State.
