Man reportedly pushes girlfriend’s sister from 2-storey building in Imo state for allegedly refusing his advances.

A young man has been arrested after he allegedly threw his girlfriend’s sister from a storey building in Mbonu Ejike, Owerri, Imo State.

A video of the suspect being escorted by security agents after he was almost assaulted by a mob made the rounds on Sunday, November 1.

According to reports, the suspect’s girlfriend had travelled out of town, leaving her boyfriend with his sister at home. The reports claim the suspect had attempted to have carnal knowledge of the sister, and because she resisted his attempt, he pushed her down the building, fatally injuring her.

The suspect was immediately apprehended and handed over to operatives of the Imo State Police Command, which is yet to officially confirm the incident.
