Rhiks Hair was alleged spotted street fighting, she might not be new to public disputes
Rhiks Hair publicly addressed a physical confrontation with Teju Pretty after a dispute over money. Rhiks said the disagreement stemmed from an ₦800,000 payment she mistakenly sent to Teju, who had been her brand ambassador, and that she was trying to recover the money. She alleged that Teju owed her ₦150,000 and said the situation eventually became physical.
Teju subsequently gave her own account, saying she had been attacked by a group of women and that she did not think “12 girls ganging up against one person” was something to be proud of.
Rhiks Hair has also spoken about the confrontation with Teju Pretty that made waves online, explaining what she says led to the physical altercation.
According to Rhiks, the dispute went back to money she said had been mistakenly transferred to Teju and an unpaid balance she was trying to recover.
What started as a money dispute eventually became a very public physical confrontation — and the aftermath brought competing accounts from both women.
Teju later responded, questioning the decision for several women to confront one person.
When a private disagreement turns into a public fight, where do you draw the line?
Is taking matters into your own hands ever justified — or should money disputes always stay out of physical confrontation?
