Mabel Makun, wife of comedian AY Makun, recently marked her 40th birthday onMarch 30, 2026 with what’s been described online as a “praise party” — a style of celebration that blends spirituality, gratitude, and social gathering, which has become increasingly popular among Nigerian elites.
