No country on Earth has real-time transmission of results, including Brazil and Estonia- Reno Omokri says as he tackles David Mark for joining the call for real time transmission of election results

Political commentator Reno Omokri has weighed in on the growing debate over real-time transmission of election results, pushing back against calls championed by former Senate President David Mark.

Omokri argued that “no country on Earth has real-time transmission of results,” citing nations like Brazil and Estonia as examples, while insisting that Nigeria should focus on strengthening existing electoral processes rather than adopting what he described as unrealistic expectations.

His remarks have since sparked fresh conversations online, with supporters backing his stance and critics countering with arguments about transparency, technology, and public trust in the electoral system.
