Teni Makanaki has clarified her association with IBD Dende, following series of backlash she received by associating herself with him
Recall that the crooner was dragged on X after linking up with the businessman on a plane.
According to reports, IBD Dende has been accused of illegal activities and so fans think she shouldn’t be proud of such association.
Teni who was actually the one who shared the video of their link up, has now responded to the backlash.
She said she met IBD Dende in 2014, and from the moment they met, he showed her kindness and compassion. Even before she gained fame, he treated her with love and respect.
She wrote:
“MET IBD IN 2014 AND HE WAS SO GOOD TO ME, EVEN BEFORE I BLEW UP, SO
WHEN I SEE HIM, ITS ALWAYS LOVE. I HONESTLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY
CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH HIM. I DO NOT SUPPORT CRIMINALS, SO
LET THE LAW TAKE ITS COURSE”
