Mayorkun has filed a one billion Naira lawsuit against TikTok influencer, Precious Kingsley, better known as Nickie Dabarbie for libel and defamation of character.
The Tiktok influencer accused singers Skiibii and Mayorkun of attempting to use her for money rituals. She added that the people who had abused her threatened to sue her if news got out.
Reacting to Nickie Dabarbie ‘s accusations, Mayorkun filed a lawsuit against her. In the suit, he asked that the Tiktoker stop spreading libellous statements about him and asked to take down all the social media posts she made about Mayorkun within twenty-four hours.
Additionally, she was mandated to pay N1 billion in damages to cover all emotional distress, lost endorsements, and legal fees. Furthermore, she must issue a formal apology to Mayorkun across the same platforms.
