Similar to the complaint from #OzzyOsbourne, DS’ estate claims Kanye’s request to sample “I Feel Good” on his album Vultures was denied. Yet, he used it anyway, making minor changes that still amount to copyright infringement, they said. Kanye and producer #TyDollaSign used the sample on the track “Good (Don’t Die)”, off the just released VULTURES 1 album. The particular sample has been used dozens of times by dozens of artists, including #Beyonce on “Summer Renaissance”.
