Demi Moore, 60, posed beneath a stunning waterfall at the mouth of Deer Creek, flaunting her washboard abs in a tiny black bikini.

The two-time Golden Globe nominee was drenched in water that was cascading down over a rocky ledge in her most recent Instagram photo, which showed her with both arms outstretched over her head.

‘Back in September, I had the opportunity to journey through the Grand Canyon on the Colorado River alongside so many beautiful souls,’ she captioned a slideshow of images from her eight-day trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.

The mother-of-three continued: ‘We laughed, cried and formed lifelong bonds that I will hold close to my heart forever. I will never truly be able to describe the many ways that this recent nature immersion has impacted me.’

Moore was joined by fellow actress, Emily Osment, Alex Cornell du Houx, River Morgan, Karolina Vidales, Andezu Orionzi, Tiyana Blackeagle and Emma Robbins on her life-changing journey.
