The week's episode of BBNaija is devoted to the late former Marlian Music performer Mohbad as a mark of respect from the show's producers and organizers.

The famed host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu's Week 8 live eviction program featured a tribute to the late 27-year-old musician who passed away unexpectedly a few days earlier in the closing remarks.

Following the elimination of four housemates, including Omashola, Whitemoney, Neoenergy, and Alex, the presenter paid his respects.

LED screens all across the hall, where viewers of the performance had congregated to watch the live show, displayed images of Mohbad.

“Tonight’s show is dedicated to the life of Mohbad, rest in peace,” Ebuka stated as he stepped out.
