Nigerian-American actress, Uzo Aduba has revealed she's expecting
her first child with husband Robert Sweeting.The 42-year-old disclosed
the exciting news on the 2023 Tony Awards red carpet on Sunday, June 11.
The actress, who rocked an orange Christian Siriano, unbuttoning her
coat to reveal her baby bump, confirmed the news to People on the Tony
Awards red carpet on Sunday evening, while a rep also confirmed she's
expecting.'The happy couple is over the moon about their growing family
and are excited to be parents,' an unnamed insider said.She cradled her
baby bump over the oversized matching orange pants on the red carpet.She
later announced her baby joy on Instagram, writing: 'What a blessing.
My husband Robert and I are so happy to enter this next chapter together
as parents. I am beyond excited. I get to be someone’s Mommy! I know as
the three of us continue to grow, our only, ONLY goal will be to love
you, little one. My goodness. Look what God has done. 'Back in September
2021, it was confirmed that Aduba and Robert Sweeting quietly tied the
knot back in a secret New York ceremony in 2020.
