Nissi, Burna Boy's sister, responded to Davido shortly after he called her brother a "new cat" in the music business.
Nissi, a singer in her own right, shared a clip of Burna Boy performing live on Instagram with the description, "New cats are facing their struggle."
Davido recently caused a stir when he referred to artists like Burna Boy, Fireboy Dml, Rema, Mayorkun, and Asake as "new cats" on the rise.
He claimed that he and Wizkid had opened the road for the emerging musicians in the Afrobeat genre.
Through her Instagram story, Nissi, who didn't appear to enjoy what he said in the interview, criticizes him.
