Paris has long been a meeting point for fashion, celebrity and high society, and these photographs capture a memorable longstanding Nigerian-American social crossover.
Malika Haqq, Abisola Kola-Daisi and Honey Ogundeyin were among the stylish personalities associated with a Parisian getaway in May 2023, bringing together Hollywood celebrity culture, Nigerian high society and the city's unmistakable luxury-fashion atmosphere.Le George, the restaurant is inside Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, at 31 Avenue George V. The restaurant is called Le George and is Michelin-starred
For Abisola Kola-Daisi, Paris was particularly familiar territory. The Nigerian entrepreneur and founder of Florence H Luxury was known for her strong connection to international fashion and luxury retail. In 2014, she was photographed in Paris during the festivities surrounding Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding, including alongside Malika Haqq and other well-known figures.Abisola's translucent green Gucci GG0537S 003 sunglasses retailed for about $520, adding another luxury detail to the Paris look.
Abisola's relationship with Malika was also part of a wider social connection. Reports from the period noted that Malika, a close friend of KhloΓ© Kardashian, had visited Abisola's Lagos luxury boutique, while Abisola moved comfortably between Nigeria's fashion circles and international events.
Beyond the photographs themselves, the Paris moments reflected the kind of global social positioning Abisola had cultivated through fashion, business and travel. Her Florence H Luxury brand placed her firmly within Lagos' luxury-retail scene, while her international appearances connected that world with fashion capitals such as Paris. Abisola ,Malika and son were spotted at former Le Georges at the Centre Pompidou in Paris — the rooftop restaurant known for its contemporary architecture, terrace seating and modern glass surroundings. It operated on the sixth floor of the Centre Pompidou and permanently closed on September 22, 2025.
The images therefore preserve more than a glamorous Parisian moment. They document a period when Nigerian luxury culture was increasingly intersecting with global celebrity and fashion circles — and Abisola Kola-Daisi was visibly part of that conversation.
