Chilli and Kelly Ripa are smitten with one another On "Live with Kelly and Mark,"

TLC's Chilli recently confessed to Kelly Ripa how much she loves her and has always wanted to appear on her show, and the two hit it off right away. On her visit to "Live with Kelly and Mark," Chilli expressed her thanks for getting to appear on the program and for getting to know Kelly's husband, Mark Consuelos, who just took over for the late Ryan Seacrest as host. Chilli informed the pair that she has been a fan of theirs ever since they were cast mates on "All My Children."

 

 Kelly Ripa and Mark met at a 1995 screen test for “All My Children.” Mark landed the part of Mateo Santos, who became Kelly’s character, Hayley Vaughan’s onscreen love. More than twenty years later they are married with 3 kids working on the same show again. Kelly told Chilli that if she had known she was watching her on “All My Children” it would have probably shut her down because she feels like they grew up together. 

 

 

During their recent conversation at the Power of Women conference in New York, Chilli mentioned to Kelly her wish to be on her show for more than ten years. They discussed their conversation. Kelly reportedly texted her talent booker as soon as Chilli made it known that she was serious about wanting to come on the show to let her know. Kelly also asserted that Chilli made a comment about her attire when they were together and that Seth Meyers wrote her a note that read, "You have to give Chilli that dress because she was serious." Again, after years of observing you, Chilli said, "Hmm, I suppose we're about the same size.

 And she’s wearing these amazing outfits every morning, okay! That the whole world’s seen, but they have not seen me in these outfits. So instead of, like, I don’t know, letting them hang in your closet like that… Kelly and the audience got a good laugh out of Chilli’s response. Kelly surprised Chilli by giving her the dress that Seth Myers told her to give her. Chilli was very appreciative, and Kelly told her there is plenty more where that came from.
