Queen Bey surprised fans during her Renaissance World Tour stop in Paris when she brought her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, onto the stage for a special performance.
The 11-year-old joined her famous mum at the Stade de France on May 26, 2023, stepping onto the massive stage as Beyoncé performed “My Power.” Blue Ivy matched her mother’s energy as she joined the dancers for the choreographed routine, later also appearing during “Black Parade” and staying onstage for “Savage.”
Dressed in a sparkling silver outfit with matching sunglasses, Blue looked every inch the young performer as the Paris crowd erupted. Beyoncé proudly introduced her daughter, making the surprise appearance one of the most memorable moments of the show.
The moment was particularly special because Blue had reportedly pushed to perform with her mother despite Beyoncé initially having reservations about putting her 11-year-old daughter on such a huge stadium stage. After proving her commitment by practising the choreography, she eventually earned her moment in front of tens of thousands of fans.
She absolutely ATE! From the confidence to the choreography, Blue Ivy showed that performing may very well be another part of the Carter family legacy.
Beyoncé later celebrated her daughter online, writing that she was “so proud and thankful to be your mama.”
From watching her mother perform as a child to eventually sharing the stage with her, Blue Ivy's Paris debut became one of the sweetest full-circle moments of the Renaissance era.

Also, #TinaLawson was in the audience radiating immense pride and joy while watching her granddaughter slay the stage. Taking to Instagram, she couldn't contain her emotions, sharing her overwhelming sense of pride for her talented granddaughter.
Several videos surfaced online showing Queen B performing her Lion King song, “My Power,” in a sequined jumpsuit.
She changed the lyrics slightly when she got to the second verse, “This that nappy, this that urb,’ this my kinfolk, this my skinfolk.”
In the background, a young girl was lifted onto the stage by the stage elevator.
“This that war, this my bloodline on the frontline. Give it up for Blue Ivy,” Beyoncé instructed the audience, pride dripping from her voice.
Blue came out matching with her mama and executed the dance moves perfectly.

This isn’t the first time Beyoncé brought Blue Ivy out to perform with her. In January, the two performed “Brown Skin Girl” at the Atlantic The Royal Hotel in Dubai.
