Nollywood actor Kunle Remi, known for his outstanding performance in the Netflix film "Anikulapo," has expressed his disappointment at not being nominated for an AMVCA.
Kunle Remi did not receive a nomination for Best Actor in a Drama despite "Anikulapo" receiving a record-breaking 16 nominations, which infuriated his supporters, who posted their disappointment on social media.
Remi thanked his Instagram fans for their support and commended his coworkers who received nominations. He made additional fun of the situation by claiming he would have won if he had been nominated.
He said;
I have been seeing all the tags after the AMVCA nomination announcement. It would be nonchalant not to appreciate the love, calls, and messages. Thank you kindred.
