Bimbo Ademoye, a Nollywood actress, recently discussed her part in the just-released Nollywood film "Gangs of Lagos."

Ademoye was thrilled to receive the movie script because she had previously collaborated with the producer on the film "Sugar Rush," which she found to be an amazing experience.

As a result, she put off reading the script since she thought the movie would be fantastic.

Ademoye, however, found out that she had been cast as Teni, a character she did not anticipate, after eventually reading the script.

Ademoye at first assumed she would portray Gift because she could so easily identify with that character.
To be sure there was no error, she double-checked the cast members' names.

She went on.

The producers informed her that, since people would expect her to play a role like Gift, they decided to give her a different role that fans would least expect her to play.

Ademoye, therefore, took on the challenge, portraying Teni’s character to the best of her ability.
