Olorisupergal founder Tosin Ajibade and former Big Brother Naija housemate Diane Russet were spotted at the Megamound Lekki polling unit during Nigeria’s 2023 elections.
The pair joined other Nigerians exercising their civic rights as voters turned out to participate in the electoral process.
Their appearance at the polling unit also offered a glimpse of two familiar faces from Nigeria’s entertainment and media space taking part in the election beyond the usual red-carpet appearances.
Diane Russet, who rose to prominence through Big Brother Naija, has remained active in the entertainment and lifestyle space, while Tosin Ajibade is known for her work as the founder of Olorisupergal, one of Nigeria’s established entertainment and celebrity media platforms.
The 2023 elections generated significant public interest, with celebrities and other public figures sharing their voting experiences from polling units across Lagos and other parts of the country. Reports also documented disruptions and attacks at some polling units in the Lekki area during the election period.
