Imagine the demands, appointing 10 Commissioners in the ministries of his choice in his cabinet and collect 30% of these monthly Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of the state. Imagine throwing such conditions to Peter Obi and how he could have reacted. Godfathers are part of Nigeria's problem.
