Zainab Balogun has many reasons to be thankful for her 33rd year on this planet.
The actress and media celebrity celebrated her birthday by announcing the purchase of her first investment property in Lagos.
Balogun, who recently testified about being healed of Ovarian Cysts, revealed the awe-inspiring testimony of being a Lagos landlord on her Instagram page on Monday, October 10.
She recalled how her dear friend, Bolanle Olukanni, purchased a home last year and how she wanted one as well but thought she wasn't ready by her standards.
However, divine providence brought everything together for her to acquire her property and even find a tenant in a short amount of time.
Birthdays often come with the usual cake, pictures and celebrations, but sometimes the gift is something that stays long after the candles are gone.
If you could choose one birthday gift that would still matter years later, what would it be?
