Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has shared highlights from the meeting between Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Nollywood Filmmakers last night.
The actress said that the Lagos State Governor hosted them to a dinner on October 11.
Eniola Badmus claimed that Governor Sanwo-Olu took advantage of the situation to start a health insurance program for Nollywood veterans.
She went on to say that this would ensure Nollywood veterans have proper medical coverage and access to health care in public health facilities.
Badmus penned;
“The Governor of Lagos state @jidesanwoolu hosted Nollywood Filmmakers to a dinner last night which was quite interesting and he also used the the opportunity to institute a health insurance scheme for veterans to ensure they are well covered for adequate medical care which will assist to access health care in public health facilities……Thank you so much my Governor this is so huge in our sight and we are grateful for this opportunity.”
