The headliners of the Nigerian music awards, The Headies, have come under fire from Nigerian record producer MasterKraft for years of neglecting his contributions to the country's music industry.


Recall that the 15th annual Nigerian music awards ceremony, known as The Headies, was held last night in Atlanta at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center.
The show was hosted outside of Nigeria for the first time ever during this event.


Wizkid, Burna Boy, Davido, and other award-winning musicians have won a lot at the occasion.


The night's top prizes were Wizkid and Tems for their international hit "Essence," which recently won song of the year and best R&B single awards and was recently dubbed the greatest song in music history by American rapper Kanye West.

MasterKraft, who referred to himself as a legend, called out the organizers, saying that he has been a blessing to the Nigerian music business for years and that despite The Headies' decision to neglect him for years, he will never give up or quit.


He continued to lament, saying he doesn't understand why the organizers didn't recognize him despite his tireless efforts but he will refrain from criticizing them despite his urge to do so. Play / Pause

KFN recalls that Masterkraft slammed IG influencer, Abisoye Olukoya Michael popular known as Oyemykke, over statement he made about singer Banky W.

The music producer shared some few words on how Banky W helped him life and even defended him before major brands in Nigeria.

To show appreciation, Masterkraft decided to caution Oyemykke for stepping on his benefactor.

He wrote:
