Earlier, rumors circulated about how the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission seized Nengi's 2021-purchased N37M Range Rover.
According to the reports, Micheal Diongoli, Nengi's purported wealthy boyfriend who is married with children, purchased the car using money obtained through a fraudulent operation.
Chef Tuma said in response to the reports that she regretted forcing her sister to accept the gift.
“I was actually the one that pressurized her to go for it….It was more like my dream. She actually wanted a peaceful and quiet life. Now I sometimes wish I didn’t…. But in all we thank God for everything and we will always conquer. After all dem no dey try to pluck fruit wey never ripe,” she wrote in an Instagram story.
