After two commercial banks in Kogi State's Ankpa area were robbed, at least two people have been positively identified as d**d.
The robbers reportedly besieged the facilities in a number of vehicles, including buses and saloon cars, while firing intermittently for about an hour without encountering any opposition.
They then started to ransack the buildings and blow up the security doors.
During the bank robbery, two victims—a young woman named Nemed Ummi and a man named Hassan Fine Boxer—were hit by stray gunshots.
