. The star witness testified this week in shocking testimony from R. Kelly's child pornography trial in Chicago, claiming that her aunt, singer Sparkle, introduced her to R. Kelly and urged her to seduce him. Sparkle categorically refutes the allegations.
Sparkle claims that this is a family dispute and that her sister is trying to discredit her by arguing that it was okay for her to let her daughter associate with R. Kelly even after the video surfaced. Additionally, she made it clear that the real reason she introduced her niece, sister, and brother-in-law to R. Kelly was because he had promised to give her an imprint on his record company, and she was attempting to open up prospects for them. She also instructed her niece to sit on R. Sparkle deems Kelly's request for him to sit on his lap, rub his head, or ask him to be her godfather as an outright lie.
