When an old tweet from the artist turned up online, tTems made a disclosure about the old picture on social media.
The image was of Tems' mother, as revealed by her response to a tweep's tweet from 2018
She tweeted: “Lmao!! My mum!!”.
“Lmao feels so surreal to see my mum like this, what a spice”.
The new picture that found its way to the photo-sharing app, Instagram, got many gushing about Tems mother’s beauty, although she had aged compared to the old photo.

Tems had penned a touching tribute to all the senior female colleagues in the music industry.
The singer who made history as the first female Nigerian singer to win an international act award at BET Awards had penned an appreciation post.
Tems tweeted her appreciation to Tiwa Savage, Asa, Omawumi, Waje, Yemi Alade, Simi, Niniola, Ayra Starr, Temi, and many others for existing.
She noted how their decision to get up and do something inspired her, stating that anytime she saw them gracing the stage, she felt it was her.
