The synopsis claims that after King T'Challa's passing, the Wakandans "must fight to protect their nation from interfering world powers.
The heroes must work together as a team as they attempt to accept their upcoming chapter.

At Comic-Con in San Diego, Marvel debuted the first trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the follow-up to the historic 2018 film, which starred the late Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa.

Unexpectedly, Grammy-winning Nigerian musician TEMS performs a performance of Bob Marley's "No Woman No Cry" that is then combined with Kendrick Lamar's hit song, "Alright."

Cast members Winston Duke, Danai Gurira, Tenoch Huerta, and Florence Kasumba joined Ryan Cooler at Comic-Can.
The renowned director, who oversaw the first Black Panther film, spoke candidly about moving forward after Chadwick's passing.
The Black Panther actress passed away in August 2020 after a four-year, private struggle with colon cancer.

“We put our love for Chadwick into this film," he said. "We also put our passion. This film has a ton of action and humor. It’s also a roller coaster of a movie. It goes to new places in Wakanda that we’ve never been before but other corners of the MCU.”

“It’s going to be hard to follow that up, but we’ll try,” Coogler said. “It’s been five years since I was here. I sat about there and we premiered the first footage from ‘Black Panther 1,’ and sitting next to me was our T’Challa, the late great Chadwick Boseman.”

Large numbers of Wakandans are dressed in white, making it obvious that a funeral of some kind is taking place.

According to the narrative, the Wakandans "must struggle to safeguard their kingdom from intruding international forces" following King T'Challa's death.

In order to accept their forthcoming chapter, the heroes must work as a team.

Actress Letitia Wright makes several appearances in an all-white dress when Lupita's character initially comes into view.
Finally, the mural.

A mural painted of T’Challa appears as veteran actress Angela Basset's character Queen Ramonda delivers a SUPER emotional speech: "I am queen of the most powerful nation in the world and now my entire family is gone. Have I not given everything?"
