Uriel Oputa, a well-known reality celebrity and chef, has written about the differences between her experiences growing up in Nigeria and the UK (UK).

The reality star stated that every Nigerian deserves to experience and live a decent life in a statement she uploaded on her Instagram stories in the early hours of today, Tuesday, June 21.

Oputa, who is the niece of famed singer and political activist Charles Oputa aka Charly Boy, claimed that in order to find their own "peace of mind," Nigerians must travel abroad.

Uriel, a chef as well, admitted that life in Nigeria has become extremely stressful and that she got sick there and even had high blood pressure.

The reality star continued, "You will not see the need to flaunt your money because in the UK even a cleaner earns well and nurses drive extremely expensive cars," when one travels abroad.

Speaking of her health, she claimed that since arriving in London from Nigeria, tranquility had become her companion.

Read her statement below;

When you travel abroad, you will understand all the noise to show we have arrived in Naija is pointless. Cleaner for UK dey make money. Nurse dey drive Range.

As soon as I enter London, peace of mind na my friend. One time,  I even enter train with Sir Richard Branson, a multi-billionaire. Even flat stomach muscle way I dey look for in Lagos eh don appear for my body in London. Chai. Let me Rest in JN
