#jaiyeorie It's wonderful to see that Nigeria was well-represented in the 2022 BET Awards.
We see a new generation of Nigerian acts carrying out the "Afrobeats to the World" mandate, from Tems winning Best International Act (as well as Best Collaboration for "Essence (Remix)" with Wizkid and Justin Bieber), to Pheelz taking the pre-show stage, and Fireboy DML putting on an electrifying performance of "Playboy" and "Peru".

Pheelz didn't miss the opportunity to wow the red carpet audience with his smash track "Finesse" starring BNXN, and Fireboy dazzled the award show crowd with a mashup of his big singles "Playboy" and "Peru."

Fireboy gave a rousing performance of his most recent single "Playboy" and his popular song at the award event.
