After being convicted of felony disorderly conduct for allegedly creating a hate crime hoax, actor Jussie Smollett was released from the Cook County jail last month awaiting an appeal of his 150-day sentence.

Jocqui, Jussie's brother, presents two independent witnesses who testify that Jussie was telling the truth, accusing the Chicago Police Department of pushing the witnesses and interfering with the evidence.
